Getting Started

After the initial phone call, we will email a secure link to complete medical forms and share contact details so we can begin coordinating your care.

What we need to start treatment

AHI score or sleep apnea severity (Mild 0-15, Moderate 15-30, Severe 30+)
Copy of your sleep study
Insurance information
Name and contact information for your sleep physician

We bill medical insurance for oral appliance therapy and are working to join additional medical networks. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted.

Appointment Overview

Initial Consultation (30 minutes)

Discuss oral sleep appliances and treatment options.
Review your medical and dental history.
Confirm if an oral appliance or mandibular advancement device fits your needs.

Evaluation and Records (1 hour)

Scheduled after insurance benefits are verified.
Review x-rays to ensure your teeth and gums can support a sleep appliance.
Coordinate with your dental provider or complete needed x-rays here.
Take impressions, bite measurements, and photos once candidacy and insurance approval are confirmed.

Appliance Delivery (30 minutes)

Deliver and fit your custom sleep appliance.
Verify comfort and adjust as needed.
Share instructions so you can settle into wearing it.

Follow-Up Appointments (20 minutes)

Visits every 1-2 weeks to fine-tune comfort and sleep quality.
Review morning realigner use and exercises.
Shift to every 6-12 months once sleep is stable.

Ongoing Care

Throughout treatment, we keep your sleep physician informed of your progress and outcomes to ensure coordinated care.

If adjustments or replacements are needed, we will guide you so your appliance continues to support restful sleep.
